Great introduction to Ruby

As I wrote before, in order to program successfully in Runy on Rails, you really need to know Ruby. And the best guide to Ruby (and I’ve tried out quite a few of them) is the recently published
The Ruby Programming Language. It’s written by David Flanagan and the creator of Ruby himself – Yukihiro Matsumoto. The book is very concise and starts with the basics, so that you will never be confused with .methodcalls, {blocks}, :symbols and so on. It took me around a week to read it and I also reread some parts while I was playing with the code. Great stuff!
